Your Home or Commercial Inspection – What to Expect?
CARADINE HOME INSPECTIONS will conduct a visual examination to disclose the conditions existing on the day of the inspection. We inspect all the major components in a home to locate items that may not perform or test correctly, or pose a potential safety hazard or concern. If a component or system concern is detected, CARADINE HOME INSPECTIONS will inform by describing in the Inspection Report and recommend repair, replacement, upgrade or further evaluation. (Your Inspection Report is not an appraisal, which determines market value, or a municipal inspection, which verifies local code compliance. Therefore, the Inspection Report will not pass or fail your Home or Commercial Inspection.)
